White Horse Law Group was founded by Virginia Beach native Jeff S. Howell, Jr. In 2014, Jeff entered law practice with one mission: helping entrepreneurs, founders, and value creators navigate the battlefield of business.
Jeff is a passionate Catholic and lifelong martial artist whose values were forged during nearly two decades of summers working for his family's construction company. That life experience made him a natural advocate for overcoming the obstacles encountered by self-employed tradesmen and small, local, and family-owned businesses.
Our firm is built on three pillars: wise counsel to prevent legal problems before they arise, tireless trial advocacy for the battles that must be fought in court, and AI-augmented tools that help us enforce judgments and get our clients paid. Jeff founded White Horse Law Group in 2025 as Virginia's first AI-native law firm.
